Hola! Dah lama tak update blog. You guys apa khabar? Harap semua sihat sejahtera, ceria dan tenang menjalani kehidupan yang semakin mencabar ni. Sedar tak sedar... dah 3 tahun juga I tak online IMVU client. I think I missed alot of thing... my friends... my rooms... my creating tools... photostream...music... macam-macam lagi. Disebabkan oleh kerja yang tak menentu sekarang ni dan... my beloved lappy dah rosak. Belum ada masa nak dapatkan yang baru. Boleh je nak pinjam lappy husband tapi tak dapatlah ni install client dalam lappy dia. What?!! husband???
MARRIAGE
Fyi, I dah tamatkan status single I pada 22hb August 2015. Majlis kami sangat simple dan kecil-kecilan saja. Kami budget untuk saudara-mara terdekat, manakala kenalan rapat pun yang mana confirm datang je. I mohon maaf pada sahabat-sahabat baik I dari IMVU kerana tak dapat jemputan. However, thank you so much kepada yang wish I ya. Insyallah kehidupan kami akan sentiasa mendapat keberkatan dari doa kawan-kawan. Husband? Alhamdulillah dia baik-baik je. I tak boleh share sangat pasal dia, dia tak suka.

IMVU NEXT
Walaupun tak online IMVU, I masih juga ikuti sedikit perkembangan IMVU. Dari boleh online menggunakan IMVU2go by android. Melalui smartphone agak limited, you tak boleh move avatar you atau explore room yang you masuk. Nak tengok avatar orang lain terpaksa check profile. You hanya akan dapat lihat avatar yang bila chat reply by other only. Tapi setakat nak chat tu, sama macam whatsapp, wechat or fb messenger. Kini user boleh online IMVU dari lappy or dekstop tanpa guna client. Kita boleh online avatar dari Website melalui IMVU Next.

Menariknya, walaupun masih agak limited tapi you guys masih boleh online dengan avatar kesayangan korang. Boleh dress up, shop dan chat.

I dah check it out Shop, nampak lebih kurang sama dengan Dress Up section. You guys boleh choose dress yang mana berkenan, try it, like it and buy it. Kalau nak chatting dengan kenalan dan kawan-kawan baru you all boleh ke Chat section.

Di Chat you boleh pilih yang chat dengan sesiapa saja di Chat Now. Kalau nak melawat room kawan-kawan lama atau room favorite, boleh check di All Room, Favorites atau Recent. Menarikkan juga kan? Ikut experiment, streaming tak dapat dengar dari sini. Tapi I tak pasti pula pada furniture yang ada mp3 player dapat dengar atau tidak. Walaubagaimanapun, avatar you boleh explore atau move dari point to point dalam room yang you masuk. At least you boleh bawa avatar you duduk dari berdiri setempat. You juga boleh nampak suasana room dan juga avatar kenalan you. So in future, kalau nak online tanpa client bolehlah online melalui IMVU Next.
AUDIO LAWSUITE AND SETTLEMENT
Selalunya I akan check email jikalau ada terima notification sales. Then bila I open website nampak message IMVU yang lain macam. Ingatkan ada product I yang kena tarik. Rupanya ada banyak audio list yang I beli kena tarik disebabkan isu copyright. Banyak kot! Aduh, serius rugi sangat sebab I dah spent alot for audio dengan alasan yang sama seperti sebelum mereka reduce audio length to 20 second pada product furniture. Walaupun harga each song mungkin tak sampai 0.50 USD but still our money and IMVU enjoy profit dari setiap apa yang kita beli. I kept bought those songs b'coz thought the seller was licensed music re-seller yang dapat kebenaran jual di IMVU. Sekian lama baru sekarang dorang nak tarik kan? Kenapa biarkan all customer keep bought and buying music yang illegal? Walaupun tak dah online, but may be 1 day I will online... still nak dengar lagu-lagu yang dah beli tu kan...kan...kan.
Walaubagaimanapun IMVU sendiri mungkin tak menyangka jadi begini. Oleh kerana IMVU based kat U.S kena ikut law di U.S. Mereka cuba menunjukkan mereka faham kekecewaan kebanyakan customer yang dah melabur banyak credit untuk beli audio. IMVU cuba buat offer settlement dengan menawarkan refund. I ada ikuti sedikit kes lawsuit mereka (MacKinnon V. IMVU, Inc), cuma tak pasti Mereka menang kes atau kalah. Tapi kes tersebut bermula dari 2008 hingga 2010 dan masih lagi berlanjutan. I bet mereka kalah banyak. IMVU ada juga offer refund kepada semua customer mereka. I tak rasa offer mereka menarik.

Bagi I company IMVU ni still cari profit atas lawsuit dengan offer yang tak menarik tu. Audio yang dijual bukan macam beli kereta atau handphone yang ada susut nilai. Sepatutnya refund berdasarkan harga yang dibeli. Ini sebab 10 tahun lagi kalau streaming macam tu juga bunyinya... tak cacat cela untuk disusut nilainya, malah ada orang akan tercari-cari untuk dengar. I frust juga dengan dengan cara IMVU ni tapi apa right kita sebagai customer? Kita pun tak study right kita walaupun dari negara lain. Perhatikan US citizen sendiri pun jenuh argue pasal issue ni. CREDIT - DIRECT CASH
Selain dari isu audio settlement, IMVU juga dah tarik license jual-beli credit dari reseller. Selalunya I akan jual credit di IMVUCE. Now tak boleh dah. Tercari-cari juga macam mana nak jual credit yang ada tu. I tak prefer kalau jual pada orang persorangan. I tak dapatkan confirm harga market macam mana. Fikirkan cara macam tu pun boleh dianggap salah dan berisiko kena disable plak. Padahal suka hati kita la credit kita kan? Then., IMVU offer kepada creator jual semula credit dengan mereka tapi bersyarat. Syarat-syarat yang dikenakan tu tak menarik bagi I tapi mungkin menarik bagi yang lain. Buat masa sekarang memang I tak online but future may be I online and nak creating semula. Punca I dapat tahu isu reseller IMVU credit bila I open website IMVUCE, mereka announce License mereka dah kena tarik. Memula I ingat mereka saja, tapi bila check Gaf210 mereka juga alami nasib yang sama. Overall IMVU dah tarik kesemua lesen Reseller yang menjual credit IMVU.

First and foremost, we needed to re-evaluate the current (and expected) requirements by our partners regarding the way our Credit economy currently works. It was clear that we need to have a more direct relationship with our content Creators in the context of them earning money for products they sell in our Shop.
Below, are more details about the various reasons:
1) Creators make money with a reliable, consistent and easy process.
--You will earn your money every time you make a sale - no need to worry whether resellers are accepting Credits or not. Plus, get your cash payout anytime your available balance has reached $50 and you have already verified your information (to be done only once)
--You will keep earning money from IMVU for your product sales and request payouts - once you have verified your account (a one-time process). No need to check every time whether you can sell your Credits or not.
--You will earn money at a standard and consistent rate of **40 cents/1,000 Credits based on the profits you have set for your products (example: for a product where you profit is 100 Credits, you will earn 4 cents every time someone purchases that product with Credits). No need to worry about what rate you get for every sale. IMVU’s rate of $0.40 was determined in order to match with or improve upon typical reseller transaction rates.
**Though IMVU reserves the right to change this rate, we do not anticipate doing so frequently or in the near future.
--You can monitor your cash earnings for each product sold - just like you can do so for Credit earnings.
--You will get all payouts easily to the PayPal account you designate.
--You will have more than one option to determine the nature of your profits. You can easily switch your account to earn Credits or cash payments at any time. All sales after you make the switch will honor your selection.
2) Creators with bad intent will NOT benefit from their activities
Many of our hard-working Creators tell us often how they compete for sales with bad actors - Creators who try to sell stolen/copied or inappropriate content and profit from such activities. Now every Creator who wants to earn money from IMVU will have to go through a proper account verification process which will include a review of their catalogs.
3) Creator Program is set for the future
IMVU is moving onto platforms where more and more of our customers are consuming our experience: browsers, tablets, smartphones and more. We want to ensure our current and future customers can stay connected to their IMVU friends and content no matter where they are and how they access IMVU. It is critical that our valuable Creators are part of our future. Our Credit economy and payment systems have to comply with requirements of these new platforms. As of today, thanks to the way we will now allow Creators to earn money, we will have better control of our Credit economy and our Creator program will continue to thrive on any and all platforms and meet all current and future requirements.
Plus establishing a way for IMVU and its Creators to have a way to exchange skills and money directly means we are set for not just the current shop-based transactions but also for the future. This year, we plan to enhance our current Creator program even more with additional and new types of creation opportunities available for our Creators. Think IMVU games, interactive experiences, 2D and 3D content to enhance IMVU messages, and even entirely different types of products for our Shop! We want to ensure creators who make and sell the new types of products and content can easily receive cash payments for their skilled work! We also want to explore ways to allow community members to earn real-life currency in ways other than selling products sold in the catalog.
